Refund policy

We want you—and your dogs—to feel confident and cared for with every order from A Chef & Her Dogs. Because our treats are handmade in small batches with food-grade ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite what you expected, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to make it right, whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.

To start a return or report an issue, email us at achefandherdogs@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the concern. Photos are helpful too.
